Shipping & Delivery

How long before my order ships?

We process and ship most orders placed Sunday- Thursday within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday, on Saturday, or on Sunday typically ship on Monday (or the next available business day). In the event of an extremely high volume of orders, it may take up to 3 business days to process and ship your order.

How we do it.

We use USPS for all our shipping needs. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information (please allow at least 24 hours for your tracking information to update). Please remember, the USPS gives estimated arrival dates.  These dates are fluid and often change while your package is traveling to the final destination. 

How long will my package take to arrive?

On average, most orders arrive within 1-3 business days after the USPS receives it. However, delivery is dependent on the USPS and an exact timeline cannot be guaranteed.  Please contact the USPS with questions regarding your package and delivery.  Unfortunately, we have no control of your package once it is received by the USPS.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer $2 shipping on orders over $35 and free shipping on all orders over $65! Any order placed that is valued below $35.00 (before tax and after discounts) will have a shipping and handling fee of $7.99.

Do you ship Internationally?

We currently ship throughout the United States, APO/FPO/DPO, and associated territories. Though we do not offer International shipping currently,  we are hoping to add it in the future!

What happens if my package is lost or doesn't arrive?

If you are experiencing problems regarding the delivery status of your package you must contact your local USPS directly. Doodlebugs is not responsible for any parcel that is lost or damaged once the parcel has been received by the USPS.  We are also not responsible for any missing parcel that shows delivery has occurred.

Please be certain that orders are shipped to a secure location where they will not be lost or stolen. You must contact your local carrier for missing packages immediately upon stated delivery. 

We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order.  Please be sure to DOUBLE CHECK your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are happy to reship the order if the order is returned to us --- additional shipping charges that are required as a result of an incorrect address will be billed as a separate transaction.

Altering & Canceling

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please contact us via the CHAT WITH US button or send an email to orders.doodlebugswa@gmail.com AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Please make sure that everything on your order is accurate and correct. In the event there is a mistake on your order please reach out to us using the CHAT WITH US button or orders.doodlebugswa@gmail.com AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.  We will do our best to resolve the problem.
