Shipping & Delivery
Here at Doodlebugs we process and ship most orders placed Monday-Friday within 24 hours. Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday, on Saturday, or on Sunday will ship on Monday (or the next available business day). In the event of extremely high volume of business, orders can take up to 3 business days to be processed and shipped. Though unlikely, if your order will take more than 3 business days to ship we will contact you with an updated timetable pertaining to your ship out date.
How we do it
We use USPS for all our shipping needs. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information (please allow at least 24 hours for your tracking information to update).
On average, we have noticed orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days. That being said delivery is all dependent on the USPS and an exact timeline cannot be guaranteed.
We offer free shipping on all order over $20! Any order placed valued below $20.00 (before tax and after discounts) will have a set shipping and handling fee of $6.50.
We currently ship throughout the United States, APO/FPO/DPO, and associated territories. Though we do not offer International shipping currently, we are hoping to add it in the future!
Lost, Missing, Stolen, or Damaged
If you are experiencing problems regarding the delivery status of your package you must contact your local USPS carrier directly. Doodlebugs is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged once the parcel has left our warehouse and is not responsible for any parcels that are missing that show delivery has occurred.
Please be certain that orders are shipped to a secure location where they will not be lost or stolen. You must contact your local carrier for missing packages immediately upon stated delivery.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order so be sure to DOUBLE CHECK your shipping address before completing your order. We are happy to reship the order if the order is returned to us --- additional shipping charges that are required as a result of an incorrect address will be billed as a separate transaction.
Altering & Canceling
If for whatever reason you need to cancel your order, please send an email to email@example.com AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled and you will have to then go through the return process.
Once an order is placed they cannot be changed or altered in any way so please make sure that everything on your order is accurate and correct. In the event there is a mistake on your order please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and we will do our best to find the best solution to your problem.
