Questions about our reward program?  Here's what you need to know about the program and how to use your reward points for product!

What is it called?

• Our rewards program is called BugMail Rewards!

How do I join the BugMail Rewards?

• Customers with store accounts are automatically enrolled. If you haven't created a Doodlebugs account (checking out as a guest),  create a store account  now and start earning rewards today.

How can I earn points?

• Points are earned by creating an account, making purchases, referring friends, liking us on Facebook, sharing us on Facebook and following us on Instagram!
• You can also earn points on your birthday, if you add your birthday when you enroll!
• For a detailed points breakdown, visit the widget/pop out tab, visible during your shopping experience.

How many points do I earn on my purchases?

• For every $1 you spend, you will earn 1 point.

How do I check my balance and use my BugMail Rewards?

• To redeem points for rewards, Log In to your account and proceed to the Redeem Rewards Page, by clicking on the Rewards Button/ Tab located at the bottom of the store.  This is where you can redeem your points for discount codes that can be applied to your purchase during the checkout process.
  

How do I use my BugMail Rewards?

• Redeem points for discount codes.  Apply the discount code to your purchase on the payment page during the checkout process (only one discount code per order). Once points are redeemed, your discount code will be displayed to you on screen, and sent via email.
  

When will my points show up in my BugMail Rewards account?

• Your points will be credited to your BugMail Rewards within 72 hours after your order has shipped.

Will my BugMail Rewards expire?

• No way! Your BugMail Rewards points are valid as long as you have an active account.  Accounts who have not made a purchase within the past 6 months are considered inactive.

What happens to my Rewards if I return an item?

• When an item(s) is returned the points earned for the item(s) are deducted from your BugMail Rewards account.
