What is it called?
- Our new rewards program is called BugMail Rewards!
How do I join the BugMail Rewards?
- Customers with store accounts are automatically enrolled. If you don't have one, you can create a store account and join today.
How do I earn points?
- You earn points by creating an account, making purchases, referring friends, liking us on Facebook, sharing us on Facebook and following us on Instagram!
- You also earn points by adding your birthday when you sign up! For a detailed points breakdown visit the widget tab at the bottom of the store, visible during your entire shopping experience.
How many points do I earn on my purchases?
- For every $1 you spend, you will earn 1 point.
How do I check my balance and redeem my BugMail Rewards?
- Simply Log In to your account and proceed to the Redeem Rewards Page, accessible through the Rewards Widget Tab located at the bottom of the store.
How do I use my BugMail Rewards?
- Rewards are issued and redeemed as discount codes that can be applied to your purchase on the payment page during checkout (only one discount code per order). Once points are redeemed, a discount code will be displayed to you on screen and sent via email.
When will my points show up in my BugMail Rewards account?
- Your points will be credited to your BugMail Rewards within 72 hours after your order has shipped.
Will my BugMail Rewards expire?
- No way! Your BugMail Rewards points are valid as long as you have an active account with our store.
What happens to my Rewards if I return an item?
- When an item(s) is returned the points earned for the item(s) are deducted from your BugMail Rewards account.
