Returns & Exchanges

We are committed to your 100% satisfaction when you make a purchase with us! 

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges of unused/unopened or defective merchandise, with the exception of those items purchased in the SALE section. All purchases on SALE items are final and these items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging and may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee if applicable. If after initial inspection, any product you received is damaged or defective in any way, you may return it in unused condition, in original packaging within 7 days of delivery for exchange or full credit.

All shipping charges for returns shall be the responsibility of the buyer, with the exception of defective or incorrect merchandise. Refunds for returned items are issued within 7 business days of our receipt of the returned product.

You must obtain permission and a Return Authorization before returning any goods by contacting us at customerservice@doodlebugswa.com. Once Return Authorization has been granted send the unwanted item(s) to the address listed below along with a copy of the Return Authorization Email you received. Again, you are responsible for all shipping fees. RETURNED ITEMS THAT DID NOT OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
