Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges

Doodlebugs accepts returns or exchanges on defective merchandise and will reimburse 100% of the item cost.

Returns and cancellations for any other reason are accepted but can be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping and return postage. All returned merchandise must be unused, in original and undamaged packaging. Doodlebugs must be notified via email at customerservice@doodlebugswa.com, within 7 days of order receipt. Doodlebugs is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged once the parcel has left our warehouse.
