WOW! Embossing Glitter | Ruby Romance

Use embossing powders with Versa Mark or pigment ink to add dimension to your stamped images.  Apply powder to stamped image, remove excess powder, and heat until the embossing powder melts.

This powder is translucent.  It includes a deep ruby red glitter.
